    Gelcoat is definitely more durable. Just like the paint on your car, it's gonna scratch if you hit it. I'm not concerned, I'll just repaint it in a couple of years

    I ended up spending about 20 hrs of longboard sanding before I re sprayed it, pretty happy with the results :)
