quite simple, you could claim to have broken stuff that you got a picture off the internet and claim it as your own, and try to get new stuff. not there fault you did not bring it home with you!
depends on the age of the trailer, older than 15 years no inspection. newer than 15 it goes through the riv inspection if you want to call it a inspection.
they just check the tire specs and vin
it is the reason they are called adjustable trailers, more bunks up in height, the boat back to neering the end of the bunks and the axle back to get the correct tongue weight
just fit the boat to the trailer by moving the boat back to the end of the bunks, move the winch stand behind the jack. then move the axle to get the tongue weight correct
