Might be wrong - but pretty sure I saw this posted elsewhere re: them harvesting brood stock for the hatchery. I think those may be live pens in the background?

Spent a couple hours fishing the north arm this morning. Calm but wind steadily rising. No action on bait/lures fished 30-80ft. Did not see any nets out.

Late morning shift at Sandheads today. Lost one, one 15lb white boxed and one wild coho released. All on bait 40-60', out in the deep.

Will be crossing from Saltspring as well tomorrow to fish with the masses at Sandheads. Been fishing Porlier regularly the last weeks - nothing spectacular but fairly steady action there over August for springs into the mid 20's but has tapered off over the last bit so seems like time to hit...
