Pacific Net & Twine Ltd is hiring at the Parksville store! Saltwater fishing knowledge an asset, but is not required.
We are looking for someone with an excellent work ethic, a motivated and friendly attitude and someone who is a team-player. Must have customer service and cash processing skills and experience.
This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position. As Spring and Summer are our busiest season, we are looking for someone who is willing to schedule time off in the Fall/Winter only. Wage negotiable and based on experience.

Duties and responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers as they enter and browse the store
- Process customer orders at the till
- Handle cash, credit cards, and charge accounts
- Answer phones
- Assist with customer sales
- Manage front till office supplies
- Receive product and assist with data entry of product descriptions
- General office support
- Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer service experience
- Cash handling experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word etc.)
- Experience with database (e.g. Microsoft Access) and accounting software is an asset
- Saltwater fishing knowledge is an asset
