Not sure what your budget is for a used late model. At the Outdoor show this past weekend, both Bridgeview Marine and Inlet Marine had new 2.5 HP Mercury motors for $795.00 - which is a good deal. If you are interested and can spend a bit more for new, give either a call to see if they can still sell at the show price.
