I seen this contraption early this week at Co op gas bar in Aldergrove. It had Washington plates on it, not sure how he made it thru the border.

I followed it through the point roberts crossing 2 weeks ago was shocked they didn't get pulled in for secondary search

I'm not sure if the owner is intending a message - or not. Kinda baffling why he did it.
