Fishing Out Of Cowichan Bay

Hey guys I just recently moved to Cobble Hill and was wondering where the closest places to fish out of Cow Bay are? Salmon, Halibut, Lingcod? Is the Sidney area my best bet? Are people catching anything in the inlet these days? Sansum Narrows any good? Ive spent most of my time fishing of Sooke/Metchosin so any advice on the local area would be greatly appriciated.

The bluffs in sansum narrows have been decent lately I've heard. I know of one boat who got 2 nice springs there a couple weekends ago
