Halibut closer

I was just checking the regs and saw this

It says halibut closed Jan 1, 2017. Anyone know when it will re open? I was planning on heading out to Barkley in mid February to try and get one... And I know some guides are booking trips in February .

The meetings go through January 27th so I guess we'll see an announcement Jan 30th, or 31st?
