I put 4 traps on each string. I have compared different brands of tuna and cat food mixed with pellets and soaked in fish oil in the traps on the same set. I haven't noticed a difference in catch with the different brands and I've used a bunch of different ones. As long as it's a good tuna scent the prawns will be attracted. The fish oil soaked pellets last a long time too. Same set up my wife's cousin's husband uses on his commercial prawn boat. Works very well.
