With prawns in full swing, how about a thread with fav recipes?

I like to include fresh thyme to the butter/garlic/lemon. Beverage: a bottle of chilled sauvignon blanc. Simple, but so good.

Easy... when the colour changes from sort of opaque to whitish, just flip-it!

Our favorite has been Thai Red or Green Curry, the hotter the better with coconut cream, cracked crab, cubed halli, and veggies. MM Good.
Lately on a couple trips with not so many ingredients we split the prawn shells and crack the crab, mix it up in a bowl with some olive oil, garlic powder (or cajun spices), bit of lime juice, splash of beer or white wine and let it sit for a while. On to the barby until cooked. Excelllent. Really like the swimmerettes when they get crunchy. Try it you'll like it and doesn't take much time.

Went to a Chinese restaurant over the weekend. They recommended the live prawns. They came out steamed perfectly with a soy-based dipping sauce that included green onions, oil and sliced jalapenos. Wonderful!
