checking the weather

Where's the best place to check out weather predictions for Sooke/Renfrew. Would hate to travel all the way from Duncan out to the coast, only to find out the weather is too stormy to head out....any suggestions?

www.bigwavedave.ca is usually pretty good as well as racerocks.com, both have webcams
