Do we have saltwater fish-in's?

I always hear about fish-ins but they all seemed geared to freshwater fishermen. We should think about a saltwater fish-in weekend in the summer sometime. Anyone have any ideas? Port Renfrew would be perfect. Or a weekend of camping/drinking/fishing in Sooke?

It could be a really great time. BBQ salmon after fishin all day. Talk fishing untill we pass out, then do it all over again.

Last year we stayed in china creek campsite during the labour day derby and against all the negative things I had heard had one of the best three day fishing trips of my life. A fantastic group of guys with one common interest fishing, fish talk and lots of ice cold pops...
