WHy are you selling this great little kicker?

I dinged it when I bought it and then had to buy a new one to get through guiding season whike they waited 6 weeks for a new cowling to come in for the motor. The motor has no hours is under full warranty and the only damage was superficial and has been replaced to brand new condition.
