Campbell River Update?

Hello all...
Me, the wife, and kids are heading out to camp at Saratoga Beach (Black Creek) 25th August. We have a 18 ft Bayliner and will be heading up to Campbell River to fish. We've been there before and had luck with bottom fish. Any suggestions for salmon and/or halibut?

Might be good for pinks in that area fairly close to shore.

Thanks jonz and concerned angler. We're looking forward to our trip! Kids are 7 and 9 and are excited when anything comes aboard, but I would love to play some salmon!
