Steelies river near Nanaimo

Whats the best river for steelheads around the Nanaimo region thats not closed from fishing.

no offense, but what few steelies that are left in the rivers around nanimo should be left alone...what few fish are left need to be either restored with hatchery managment, or serious regulations to help them...
