Anybody heard any reports about Min-Kotas electric that bolts to the cavitation plate on your big motor, for boats up to 30 ft. Would still keep the 9.9 Yam. but trolling with no motor noise might be real nice. You have a remote for speed. It's on Min-Kota's web page.

That it something i have thought about, i have a minn kota 30lb for the lake and they are soo nice and so quiet i would love one for my 21ft saltwater boat. i cannot help u but i hope someone knows something about this and can help us out.
