Does anyone know someone that does reel repairs and servicing in Nanaimo?I know Bill Clinton is the main guy but I just tried calling him and apparently he is out of town for a couple weeks. So im wondering if there is anyone else to go to in Nanaimo or anywhere within reasonable distance.
Thanks

Try asking at Gone Fishing. They put me on to Bill as well in the past, but maybe they can suggest someone else.

yah I was just there. Tehy dont really have anyone else to recommend. They did say that I could sent it to the manufacturer but that can take a ridiculously long time.

My ambassadeur 5600 D5 has a cracked gear and both my 5600 C4's could use a tune up.
I guess you could always send it down to island outfitters in a pinch they fixed my 340 this year in about 3 days waiting for parts as soon as they got them they did it for me right away I think theres a guy in duncan called mikes reel repairs but sorry dont have the number.
Good luck wolf

Yep, there's a fellow at Island Outfitters who repairs reels. Was in there last summer with my Longstone and he got me fixed up.
