For something a little different
Try making up a little sauce from sour creme and a some horseradish to use as a topping on your grilled salmon...
Grill or BBQ your fillets and let your guests add the topping at the table

Sounds similar to my mayo and mustard sauce..... very nice compliment to a grilled salmon.

Yup. This is a good one tho my recipe has a few more ingredients...
sour cream
horseradish
dill (lots)
lemon juice
salt and pepper
best if you make it an hour or so before. Tastes good on everything from the sea.

Also really good on home-made perogies. Better if you thin it our a smidge with heavy cream. I bet it`s good on salmon too. I`ll be trying that.

Just tried this sauce on Panko halibut, it's real good I'll try it again soon.
