This is simplicity incarnate-------------

Chop 1/2 cup each of sweet onions and cucumber. 1/2 cup of finely chopped lettuce , marinate the onions and cucumber in yogurt with a 1/4 Tea Spoon of powered ginger.

Add 3 table spns of Thai sweet chili sauce to the 40 raw prawns
Quick stir fry then in olive oil after peeling. Add salt and cracked black pepper to taste

When the prawns turn white on the exposed edges, they are done-- DONT over cook.

Layer the onions/cucumbers/lettuce on a tortilla wrap and add the prawns , include any juice from the frying pan too.

Absolutely the easiest and tastiest prawn dish you can create other than just cooking them in garlic butter.:):):):)

Can I omit the cucumber and add a martini on the side?:)

Hummm-- you must like cucumber as much as I like green peppers [xx(]

As far as the martini-- to simplify the process, just stuff a couple of olives into a bottle of Bombay Gin, shake, dont stir, add straw and git er done! [:I]
