EZ-Steer Instructions

I'm wondering if anyone has the instruction sheet on how to set the tie bar on the EZ-Steer system?

Mine has worked loose and when I went to tighten it I saw the notice saying that it is factory preset and if resetting is required to follow the instruction sheet. At least I didn't tighten it completely like I was just about to.
